Customer Service Representatives
We are looking for an employee that can support our growing customer base over the phone and through emails in both a support and account administrative roles
DUTIES
- Attracts potential customers by answering questions; suggesting information about other products and services
- Opens customer accounts by recording account information
- Maintains customer records by updating account information
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's issue; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
- Record customer payments
- Records feature or service requests from customers to submit to management
- Contributes to a team effort by recording all actions taken.
- Investigate billing issues
- Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff
- Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using existing systems
- Follow-up on customer inquires not immediately processed
- Investigate misapplied payments
- Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls
- Recommend process improvements
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Computer Networking experience is a strong asset
- Experience in a VoIP field is an asset
- Strong verbal and written communications skills is essential
- Ability to work both independently or with a team as required
- Detail oriented with strong organization skills
